do you access to a data base? probly not if u r asking but that would b a very important tool to go along with whatever you are using

 if the key was dropped, it could be the code ship was knocked out place. If the code could not be read from the key, you won't be able to turn it in the ignition. Look for a tiny little black piece in the key. This is what holds the code for the ignition.
